WallPrompt End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and the WallPrompt developer (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and governs your use of the WallPrompt Android application (“App”).

By installing or using the App, you agree to this EULA, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and AI Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use WallPrompt on Android devices you own or control.

Your use must comply with this EULA, our other policies, applicable laws, and Google Play’s applicable rules. The App is licensed to you, not sold.

2. Application Features

WallPrompt may provide:

• A catalog of curated wallpapers that can be viewed and downloaded.
• AI-assisted prompt enhancement and wallpaper generation.
• Firebase email and password authentication.
• Local, account-separated storage of generated images and prompts.
• Temporary cloud processing and delivery of generated images.
• In-app content reporting and deletion controls.
• Rewarded advertising delivered through Google AdMob, including mediated advertising providers such as Unity.
• An optional premium subscription purchased through Google Play.

Features may differ according to device compatibility, location, account status, network availability, provider availability, and App version.

3. License Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you must not:

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App.
• Redistribute or commercially exploit curated wallpapers without permission from the applicable rights holder.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the App’s source code.
• Modify the App or create unauthorized derivative versions.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Bypass authentication, App Check, moderation, generation quotas, advertising, subscription, or other access controls.
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, disrupt, or misuse the App or its services.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful material.

4. Accounts and Security

Some features, including AI generation, require a non-anonymous Firebase account and valid app verification. You agree to provide accurate account information and protect your credentials.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify us at stu.ams.dios@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. User Content and AI Output

5.1 Your Prompts

You retain the rights you already hold in prompts and other content you submit. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permission to submit and use that content.

5.2 License Required to Operate the Service

You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, transmit, transform, moderate, and process your prompts and generated output only as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide and deliver the requested features.
• Operate temporary cloud processing and storage.
• Detect abuse and enforce our policies.
• Secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the Service.
• Comply with applicable legal requirements.

5.3 Generated Output

As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and provider terms, you may use the AI-generated images delivered to you, subject to this EULA and our policies.

AI-generated output may:

• Be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or inappropriate.
• Be similar or identical to output generated for another user.
• Contain elements resembling existing people, brands, or works.
• Not qualify for copyright or other legal protection.

We do not guarantee that generated output is unique, accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output and obtaining any permissions required for your intended use.

6. Curated Wallpapers and Intellectual Property

WallPrompt’s software, branding, visual design, code, and curated wallpaper catalog are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unless a separate notice states otherwise, curated wallpapers are provided under a limited license for your personal, non-commercial use as device wallpapers. Downloading a wallpaper does not transfer ownership or commercial distribution rights to you.

7. AI Content Standards

You must comply with the WallPrompt AI Content Policy.

You must not use WallPrompt to create or facilitate:

• Child sexual abuse, exploitation, or sexualization.
• Non-consensual intimate content or sexual deepfakes.
• Hate, harassment, threats, or targeted bullying.
• Graphic violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities.
• Crime, fraud, scams, malicious activity, or weapon creation.
• Deceptive impersonation or fabricated official documents.
• Privacy violations, doxxing, or exposure of personal data.
• Copyright, trademark, publicity-right, or other infringement.
• Attempts to evade safety filters or generation restrictions.

We may refuse requests, remove managed content, restrict generation, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or take other appropriate action when this policy is violated.

8. Local and Temporary Storage

Generated images, prompts, and history are stored primarily in the App’s private storage on your device. They are not intended to be a permanent cloud gallery or automatically synchronized between devices.

AI generation uses temporary Firebase cloud storage to deliver an image to your device. After successful delivery, the App requests deletion of the managed remote copy. Temporary files also become eligible for automated lifecycle deletion after they are one day old.

Local generated content may be lost if you delete it, clear the App’s data, delete your account, uninstall the App without a usable device backup, or lose access to the device. You should separately save any image you want to keep.

9. Advertising

Certain non-premium actions may require you to choose and complete a rewarded advertisement. Rewarded ads are delivered through Google AdMob and may use Unity or another configured mediation provider.

Ad availability is not guaranteed. Rewards apply only to the specific action or session identified by the App and have no cash value. Fraudulent impressions, automated ad interaction, or attempts to bypass an ad gate are prohibited.

10. Premium Subscription

WallPrompt may offer an automatically renewing premium subscription through Google Play. The Google Play purchase screen displays the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, and available trial before you confirm the purchase.

• Payment is charged through your Google Play account.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before renewal.
• Premium benefits may end if the subscription expires, is cancelled, refunded, revoked, or placed on hold.
• Refund eligibility is determined by Google Play and applicable law.
• Deleting WallPrompt or your WallPrompt account does not cancel the Google Play subscription.

You must manage or cancel your subscription separately through Google Play.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, processed, shared, retained, and deleted.

Third-party services integrated with WallPrompt may also process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Account Deletion

You may request permanent account deletion from the Profile screen after recent authentication or through WallPrompt’s public account-deletion resource.

Account deletion removes managed data including:

• Your Firebase Authentication account.
• Managed AI-generation history and remote assets.
• Generation quota and entitlement records.
• Account-scoped generated content stored by the App locally.

Moderation reports may be retained without your account UID for up to 24 months for safety, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. Account deletion cannot be undone and does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

13. Updates and Service Changes

We may provide updates, security patches, or replacement versions. Installing an update may be required for continued access, security, provider compatibility, or legal compliance.

We may change, limit, replace, or discontinue features, models, providers, quotas, or catalog content, subject to applicable law and subscription obligations.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access if you:

• Materially violate this EULA or another WallPrompt policy.
• Use the App for fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or illegal activity.
• Create security, legal, or operational risks.
• Attempt to evade restrictions or interfere with the Service.

When this license ends, you must stop using and delete the App. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes continue where their nature requires it.

15. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WallPrompt and all generated output are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
• Permanent availability of any feature or provider.
• Accuracy, quality, uniqueness, or legality of AI output.
• That generated content will meet your expectations.
• That locally stored data can always be recovered.

Nothing in this EULA excludes warranties or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, business, or opportunity arising from your use of WallPrompt.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Courts located in Lahore, Pakistan will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

18. General Provisions

• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
• Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• You may not transfer this EULA without our written permission.
• We may transfer this EULA as part of a reorganization, acquisition, or transfer of the App.

This EULA, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and AI Content Policy form the agreement relevant to your use of WallPrompt.

19. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA by publishing a revised version and updating the effective date. We will provide additional notice or request consent where required by applicable law.
